Gratefullness

◄ by Jan Vanderwood – Hancock, New Hampshire ► Gratefulness is an act of receptivity and flow. It is unadulterated and cannot be otherwise portrayed. It is the reaching forth, the unction towards, that which is like unto itself. It is also the meeting of that likeness with openness and reception. Pure spirit meeting pure spirit, flowing without encumbrance; health meeting health, love meeting love, remembrance meeting remembrance, holy meeting holy. It is the woman reaching out to touch the hem, or was it virtue reaching out and touching virtue? The open heart, the receptivity, the gratefulness, the knowing. It

Balance In Attunement

◄ by Chris Jorgensen – Gladstone, MO ► I recently found myself sharing Attunement with our next door neighbor. He is a fine, quiet, intelligent, 20 year-old young man who recently found himself with HPV (human papillomavirus – transmitted during birth) in his vocal chords which had turned into cancer. As neighbors, my wife and I have watched him and his sisters since birth grow up into delightful young people with hopes and dreams. The challenge for me was how to approach the situation. He was interested and willing to work with me through Attunement. First, I realized that I

An Attunement Experience

◄ by Andrew Shier – Hancock, NH ► Sometimes a lot of information and knowledge in the mind produces noise and confusion. It also drains one’s energy. Something fresh awaits release in the Now. A path must be made available for it. It is actually there already but strewn with debris of all kinds; most of it old and out dated knowledge…even the insights had moments before! If allowed, they shove their agendas to the fore of consciousness. When Attunement is shared, either with oneself or another, a Light enters. It reveals this pathway and the debris bordering both sides.

Healing For the Brain and Nervous System

◄ by Chris Jorgensen – Gladstone, MO ► Having an Attunement Practice gives me an opportunity to notice trends, patterns, and currents in healing. No doubt some of you notice trends and patterns in your own practices. Over the last six months I have seen a number of clients with serious brain and nervous system injuries and disorders, and mostly in men. The symptoms range from swelling of the brain to unusual nerve and motor behaviors, one male client, a dermatologist, was told he had ALS and only months to live – it turned out to be Lyme’s Disease and

Wind In The Trees

◄ by Andrew Shier – Hancock, NH ► The forest that surrounds our home is largely comprised of hard wood trees and some majestic white pines that rise above the canopy. The leaves are absent in this winter season. On my walk this morning the sound of the wind as it passed through these beings was an Attunement. The wind as it moves cleanses the atmosphere and the view becomes crystal clear. It registered in my heart as a great peace and that something indomitable is at work. Wind or air is a symbol of spirit. Amongst the many aspects

Peace Warriors

◄ by Jan Vanderwood – Hancock, New Hampshire ► There is a fabric of peace, that when tapped into, is seen to surround the world, both within and without. When upheaval occurs it is a natural expulsion of pent up energy. How can one project peace upon the earth? First off, find “freedom in” instead of fighting to find “freedom from” the situation, however abhorrent one might find it. The situation, right now, is as it is. Acceptance, gratefulness brings one down into the fabric which is called peace and out of the sensationalistic firestorms. Once one is connected with

It’s Like Playing a Musical Instrument

◄ by Andrew Shier – Hancock, NH ► I’ve experienced it before, but today when sharing an Attunement with a friend, I felt like I was playing a musical instrument. When you think of it, the human body is a phenomenally intricate instrument at many levels. It can generate an energy field, it can re-generate organs, glands and tissues of all kinds. It can house Being and express a design of living forms through thoughts, words, and actions. The Sufi poet, Rumi, speaks of the reed flute with its 9 holes as a model of human consciousness. When played by

To Bless and To Be Blessed

◄ by Andrew Shier – Hancock, NH ► Hovering in the midst and intermingled throughout the act of blessing is the promise of awakening. When we are moved to bless another, the forces of love from the highest heaven show up. To quote John O’Donohue, an Irish poet, author, and priest: “When you bless someone, you literally call the force of their infinite Self into action.” When we receive blessing from another, we find ourselves in an inner sanctuary. Quoting O’Donohue again, “When someone blesses you, the fruits of healing may surprise you and seem to come from afar. In

The Unified Field – an Attunement Podcast

• by Tom Hansen, Lenexa, KS • In my work in the computer field I became aware of “podcasts” early in their life cycle. It has only been in the last few years, however, since the technology evolved to include listening on phones and tablets, that I became a real fan and began listening to a select few on a regular basis. I most enjoy those that are in a “conversational” format and present an insight into the lives and thought processes of visionaries, leaders and those who are really dedicated to a particular topic in the areas of spirituality

A North Carolina beach Attunement Experience

• by Karen Knox – Kansas City, MO • Recently I had the opportunity to spend two weeks with friends from college on the outer banks of North Carolina. The house was right on the beach with a long boardwalk and stairs from the decks to the beach. The presence of the ocean was overwhelming; I felt its vastness and its enormity. I sensed the power of the ocean was so great that it could absorb all negativity and limitation. If we could just let go of that which holds us back, the ocean would take it away. I recognized
