Weather and Attunement

◄ by Chris Jorgensen – Gladstone, MO ► Have you ever felt that the weather influenced your behavior? Conversely, have you ever had the thought that your ‘presence’ influences the weather? While catching up on the latest news via the internet the other day I came across a scientific study suggesting that weather influences human beings. It was written by Solomon Hsiang, Marshall Burke, and Edward Miguel–out of England. Their article was entitled: Quantifying the Influence of Climate on Human Conflict. Here is a quote from their interesting work. “A rapidly growing body of research examines whether human conflict can

A Profile of Attunement: The Life of Joe Antell, Sr.

◄ by Chris Jorgensen – Gladstone, MO ► As Joseph Antell wrote about a few weeks ago, Joe Antell, Sr. passed away on July 5, 2013 following an illness and two weeks in the hospital. He was almost 90 years old. On August 11th in Kansas City we celebrated “a life well lived” with people from the local Attunement Community. And on Saturday, August 24th, Joe’s family and friends joined in a ceremony of thanksgiving as we buried Joe’s ashes at a cemetery in Epping, New Hampshire. I wrote the following words conveying an essence of the beautiful, vibrant man

Attunement: Politics, Military Power and Terrorism

◄ by Chris Jorgensen – Gladstone, MO ► The political debate is on – what to do about Syria? World opinion is split, some in favor of a punitive military strike and some not. The US Congress is split over what to do. The headlines in the news this morning announced: “Obama confident Congress will vote to strike Syria. President Obama is meeting with key members of Congress today, telling them he wants to send a clear message to Syria.” If you watch the news, as I often do in the morning, to catch up on what is transpiring (energetic

Selfless Service

◄ by Karen Knox – Kansas  City► I believe service is one of the primary reasons we take birth if not the most important reason.  In offering selfless service I receive inner awareness and gratitude.  Selfless service is without attachment to the fruits of my efforts, service is worship of divinity, service is without desire for personal gain, an offering without personal motive, an offering for the highest purpose which I cannot fully understand, service is recognition of the divinity in others, service is with the awareness there is nothing, no one who is not God, and service is an

In Celebration of a Life Well Lived

◄ by Joseph Antell, Loveland, CO ► My Dad, Joe Antell Senior, crossed over peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Friday, July 5, 2013. He lived a few weeks shy of 90 years, and did he live! Four months ago, as a family, we agreed that assisted living would provide the best care for him. So Joe went with the flow, settled in and was happy making a home where he was, grateful for all that was being provided. This facility was like a country club with loving, friendly people around him. Dad enjoyed community so he

Kansas City Attunement Intensive 2013

◄ by Karen Knox and MaryAnne O’Mara ► Being immersed in Attunement Intensive energy for three days generated an experience of remembrance… remembering the true essence of each individual and remembering my highest nature.   Often we worked in teams of three, four, or five, and I found whether I was receiving Attunement or sharing it, I felt I was the one being worked on and changed on a deep level.  Inwardly, negativities dissolved, perspectives expanded and shifted. The sense of separation between me and others decreased, and I saw others merely as different aspects of myself which I accepted and

The Rhythm of a Monday or simply finding Peace

◄ by Peri Chickering – Hancock, NH ► Peri Chickering, along with a large group of women throughout the world, practices a Day of Silence on the last Sunday of every month. This month, it will be on June 30th. A week prior to that day Peri or Barbara Cecil, another participant, email their thoughts and experiences with silence to the group. Although the word Attunement is not used, you will undoubtedly recognize the tangible current of Attunement inherent in what Peri has written. I awoke this morning with a deep sense of restlessness. For awhile I tried to simply

An Everyday Attunement Story – Allowing Abundance In

◄ by Erin Rivers – Mission, KS ► Attunement is a lifestyle, not just another modality. I remember Uranda saying something to that effect while watching a video presentation at one of the Attunement Seminars. I have tried to live that idea – I have tried to attune my world, sometimes with more success than other times, but always with the idea that “home” is within the flow. With that being said, I thought I would share an experience of staying within the flow and how it allowed abundance to manifest for me. This last year has been a year

2013 –The Year of Purification

◄ by Chris Jorgensen – Gladstone, MO ► I do so appreciate the various comments to my recent blog article. Claire Houston asked about 2013 and  my reference to this as being the year of Purification. We did an IAAP International Teleconference call in March using this theme. Below is what we wrote for that call. Starting with the winter solstice of 2010 a major transition in the vibration of the solar system began – including planet Earth – and culminated on the winter solstice of 2012. We are now living in a new, higher vibration. The consequences of this

Intuition – Are We Ready for It?

◄ by Andrew Shier – Hancock, NH ► When I was a boy of 6-8 years old, my capacity for intuition was quite active and pure. I was aware of a vivid connection with God, particularly as I took walks in the nearby forest and spoke out loud to Him.  He always answered back to the many questions occupying my heart upon entering the forest.  I soon discovered that this was not typical among my parents and close friends, and was even considered a little “weird.”  Not wishing to be seen in the eyes of my parents as abnormal, I
