Sacred Living Shifts Patterns
I remember several years ago while taking my Attunement training with Chris and Donna Jorgensen, during a lunch break we discussed the possibilities for living in the Attunement current and what that might mean for the collective patterns of life on our planet. During this discussion, Chris mentioned that he believed if we could fill Arrowhead Stadium with vibrationally responsible people, all focusing the current of love together, we could shift all the energetic patterns present on our planet. I remember feeling very inspired by that comment.
I know that as each of you began to live in and harmonize your life patterns with this higher vibration we call Attunement, a lot of challenges have come along as patterns clear, both in yourself and in everyone around you. Many of us have had some experiences of family situations being strained because our family members don't really understand who we are anymore, simply because we carry a new vibrational pattern in ourselves and live lives that more fully harmonize with Spirit's intent. What I have learned is that, while we may have to clear some patterns in our own lives in order to allow Spirit to enter the vibrational patterns we share with our families, the only thing we really need to do to accomplish this is stay in that centered place of love, letting the current go out. All patterns will move and clear if we allow them to do so. The most beautiful part of this truth is that the only thing we have to do is be still and let love work through us, giving Spirit a place in our lives.
Spirit seeks a voice through our living. Take our annual conference, for example. When we were together earlier this year and setting the lines of force for the conference, I wasn't at all sure if I would be speaking today. All summer I wondered what I could possibly offer, being a relative newcomer to this work and working with the other directors, most of whom have 30 years of experience or more. I kept wondering what I could possibly bring to add value to our time together. What came to me as the day drew closer was that there is something Spirit wants to say through me. I wasn't at all sure what that might be, but my intention all along was that I be open to whatever needed to come through me. If I wasn't supposed to speak today, then I would not feel compelled to do so. But every time I thought "I really don't want to do this", I got a very clear message that Spirit had something to say through me.
Living a conscious life means we pay attention to the patterns and rhythms that make up our everyday lives. If we learn to master the art of stillness and mindfulness, while imbuing the patterns of our lives with the spirit of love, Spirit will be given an open portal to once again be known in the hearts and minds of all people. I cannot imagine a more worthy reason to exist.

Law Of The Echo
When people think about law it is generally man-made laws that fill the consciousness. There are many man-made laws in existence and more being created daily. Today, for a few moments, I would like to consider one of the natural laws, the law of the echo.
I am sure that most of us have had the experience of shouting from a high hilltop down into a valley. Or you may have shouted into a large room or a long hallway in a building. The original words, perhaps a shout or holler or yell, come back to you, maybe repeating themselves numerous times. And depending upon the intensity with which you released the words, a similar volume returns to your ears. Such is the experience of humanity today, where people have been shouting for many years in order to get some satisfaction or fulfillment. Individuals have screamed and shouted their wants out to the Universe/Creator - something to eat, clothes to wear, a car to drive, money to spend, a space in which to live in peace, food, water, the right to pro-create, entertainment in the form of music, television, sports, the latest electronic device with which to communicate, etc. - the list is long and varied depending on the culture.
There appears to be little awareness in the current world that human beings are receiving abundantly from the Universe/Creator. Perhaps this is because people seem unable to find satisfaction from the material world. The more material wealth a person receives the more is wanted and more time and energy is required to take care of it all, with the result that he or she continues to holler and shout. Hopefully some of us are finally coming to a point where we realize how the law of the echo works. The larger world in which we live is in a crucial period. How shall the Earth sustain the world population where each citizen is seeking to live in an environmentally consuming "first-world" life-style?
The answer: Be still. Stop shouting. Stop hollering. Let the echo that radiates from your living voice be one of Attunement, peace and contentment with what is, and thanksgiving in all things.
