Simplicity

It is difficult to remember how many times my mentor repeated to me, "Let love radiate without concern for results." Suffice it to say, it was spoken often! Having recently shared an attunement with a 95-year-old woman, I got a clearer glimpse of the truth of that statement. This was an experience felt in the heart. For now I am challenged to convey it into words. To be as factual and clear as possible there is one word that sums it up: simplicity. I felt various things in this remarkable woman's pattern, but there wasn't anything to do or act upon relative to any of it other than notice and listen. One thing that I was sure of was that I didn't want to stir up her pattern by trying to fix something that may have been there for many, many years. What I did feel was her Presence. And you can only feel this quality of Presence in stillness. In those moments together, I let go of what I thought balance should look like. This left me free to let a current of love radiate forth without concern for anything; truly free to be with this woman in the place of Communion. It is the place where our Presence speaks to one another, and from my experience the dialogue doesn't involve solving symptoms. It is the language of Being.

I felt fortunate to have touched that with her, to have felt the Presence of something vast. This all occurs in stillness. And in the stillness is the plan or divine blueprint, if you will, for what Health looks like now. That plan flows into the Now through the radiation of love carried by the language of Presence. As I am able to hold this place in myself throughout my days, then that which is swirling and moving in chaos can come into order and beauty. How could this be and done so simply by being present? Because everything is designed or hard wired to be in alignment with this divine blueprint that sits in the still place in all of us. As we contact that in one another through the current of attunement, health is.

"In the stillness there are forces and voices and hands and nourishment that arise, that take our breath away, but we can never know this, know this, until we rest. This is what Jesus talks about when he speaks of the Kingdom of God. It is the Promised Land of the Hebrews, flowing with milk and honey. It is the Pure Land of the Buddha, what all the saints talk about, this place of safety and serenity, available and prepared for us, if we will only stop, and rest." These are words from Wayne Muller from his book, Sabbath-Restoring the Sacred Rhythm of Rest. It is a time to rest from a concern for results and truly discover what it means to simply be. Did I give this woman an attunement? No. We shared an attunement, the place of stillness and peace.

Living Without Judgement

During the past few years I have often found myself working with certain negative energy patterns over which I seemed to have no control. At times I felt completely unable to redefine my responses to the events in my world, while being acutely aware that my continued spiritual growth and ultimate alignment with the Creator's design depended upon me being able to shift the frequency of these patterns. In working with these negative vibrations, and in reflecting on certain pivotal points in my life, a vital part of my being is subtly aware that important events transpired that forever shaped how I interact with the world in which I live, and enabled me to redefine my responses to situations in my life. These events have enabled me to clear the lens to see a more accurate view of my world, and to shift some long-standing energy patterns in the process.

Although working with the current of Attunement for the past five years has forever altered the manner in which I interact with my world, I nonetheless have found myself challenged to release the emotion of judgment from my daily interactions with others. This past summer Spirit blessed me with an opportunity for assistance to shift the particular vibration that has long kept me in judgment mode, a truly pivotal point in my spiritual process. This opportunity presented itself in the form of four very sacred days in the company of Roger de Winton, sharing in the Attunement current with a true master through what Roger calls an Intensive. Just as spoken words cannot relay a true understanding of Attunement, no spoken words can describe the powerful experience these four days yielded to me. Because we know that true Attunement reveals itself through our daily living, the magnitude of the vibratory shift I experienced while sharing in the current with Roger has revealed itself through improved relationships with others. Judgment is quietly slipping from its previous place of dictatorship in creating the quality of my interactions with those who connect with me every day.

While staying at Sunrise Ranch and working with Roger, many wonderful and loving people opened their hearts and shared their personal experiences and histories with me. I learned a great deal about the history of Attunement in its current form, and through this mechanism developed a profound respect for and understanding of Uranda's and Martin Exeter's earlier work. This rounded out a personally transformational experience, and I am forever grateful to all those who made this experience possible for me.

Humankind cries out for understanding and compassion at this time of great planetary shifts. Who will bring these qualities to focus at this time? For those of us who have been called to share in the process of Attunement, and through this process offer a blessing of understanding and compassion to the world, assistance toward greater self understanding is a critical component. Roger's unconditional acceptance and support for my process served as a guiding light, and the positive results continually reveal themselves through my interactions with others, both in my personal life and in my professional healing practice.
